Grape varieties :100% Rolle Vinification method: Ice wine made from the cryoextraction Ageing :18 months in oak barrels (demi-muids) Tasting : Golden robe, exuberant,rich & complex on the nose with concentrate aromas of pineapple. This wine combines the notes slightly woody and mineralitytaken from the soil. The mouthfeel iscreamyand round. It has the palate with hints of the exotic fruits (mango, pineapple) and the notes of vanilla. The fresheness makes this dessert wine very digestible.
